MELEKONA TURIZM VE OTEL İŞLETMELERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (MELEKONA) (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”) is the data controller due to processing personal data about you, following the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “KVKK Law”).

As our visitor, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation. According to Article 10 of the Law, which regulates the Disclosure Obligation, data controllers are obliged to inform the real persons whose personal data they process on some issues, we would like to inform you about our personal data processing process.

PROCESSING AND COLLECTION METHOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Following the KVK Law, as a company, and as the Data Controller, we may process, disclose, or transfer your image data and personal data for as long as necessary, within the scope of our purposes explained below and in line with the principles set out in the legislation.

Your Personal Data is collected automatically with closed-circuit camera systems located on our company campus. We collect the image data we obtain for the purposes explained below.

Your personal data is processed to ensure the security of the company campus, employees, customers, visitors, and suppliers.

• Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your data processed within the scope of the explained purposes, by the basic principles envisaged in the KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, are processed by our institution, limited to the purposes stated above; It can be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, to companies from which we receive support services to carry out our activities, and to independent audit companies within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations.

RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON

Relevant persons whose personal data are processed have the following rights:

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed following the KVK Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to a result that is unfavorable to the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Exercise of Relevant Person’s Rights

Relevant persons whose personal data are processed may apply to our Company with their requests regarding their rights specified in the information text, with information and documents that will identify them, and by the methods specified below or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Relevant persons whose personal data is processed will be able to submit it to our Company free of charge by filling out and signing the Application Form at https://www.melekonahouse.com/. After filling out the personal data application form or preparing a petition by the procedure, a copy with a wet signature must be submitted in person or by registered mail. You can send it to the Company address via mail or submit your requests regarding your personal data to the secure electronic signature form after signing with the “secure electronic signature” within the scope of the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070; You can send it to us at info@melekonahouse.com.

For the application listed above to be accepted as a valid application, by the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller, the relevant person must: Name, surname, and signature if the application is written, T.R. for citizens of the Republic of Turkey. It is mandatory to specify the identity number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any, residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any, and subject of the request. Otherwise, the application will not be considered a valid application.

In applications to be made without filling out the application form, the issues listed here must be completely conveyed to the Company. For third parties to request an application on behalf of the relevant persons whose personal data are processed, the relevant person must have a special power of attorney issued through a notary on behalf of the person to apply.
